Kingman Yacht Center sets the standard for customer service. From greeting you by name when you call in on arrival to remembering your dog’s name, they make you feel genuinely welcome. The attention to detail is incredible. What really impressed us was that after we had already departed, the dockmaster called to apologize that she hadn’t had the chance to meet us in person and simply wanted to thank us for staying the night. That kind of personal touch is rare these days, and it’s what makes Kingman a place we’ll definitely return to.
