Kingman Yacht Center is the exclusive New England distributor for Flexiteek, the ultimate decking system. With Flexiteek, you get the classic look of a teak deck, plus:
- Low Maintenance
- Minimal Installation Time
- Superior UV & Stain Resistance
- Lower Cost than Real Teak Decking
- Half the Weight of Real Teak Decking
- Unsurpassed Non-Skid Properties
- Sound Dampening
- Long Life
Flexiteek is a great looking teak deck alternative that adds character to any boat. Its biggest pluses are the comparative low cost versus genuine teak and the minimal maintenance required. Simply clean it as you would a nonskid deck, with a hose or a bucket of warm water and soap (Simple Green works great!).
A composite PVC material, Flexiteek is extremely durable and is also highly stain resistant. Fish blood and red wine won’t stain it, BBQ grease comes right off. Flexiteek’s UV resistance means its color won’t fade, unlike real teak decking which will go a dull pale gray in a few months. Flexiteek is also an incredible nonskid material, even more so than typical painted nonskid or real teak decking.
Please contact Kingman Yacht Center for a complete, professional, turnkey package, including templating, fabrication, and installation. Or you can send Kingman Yacht Center a template of your own making (see the PDF link below for instructions on making a template). We’ll custom build the deck to match your template, and ship the completed deck back to you. You can glue in place yourself.
