Kingman is a great destination. Reservations are made through Dockwa – super easy and responsive. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Dockhands to guide you to your slip and help with line handling, plus provide assistance at the fuel dock and pump-out. They are dog friendly and have great amenities — on-shore showers, laundry, ice, and of course “The Chartroom” restaurant. When conditions on Buzzards Bay (3-4′ seas) were too harsh, we turned back for safety and Kingman was able to accommodate us for another evening. Would definitely recommend Kingman as a weekend destination or for a stopover on a longer journey. Kudos to the dock manager and the dockhands.
