  • We Would Gladly Come Back!

    Hi….I just wanted to compliment your entire staff on their amazing professionalism.  We came to the marina last Saturday and anchored up when the winds kicked up.  Your staff, mainly Sophie, was more than accommodating.  They found a slip for our family to spend the night so that we didn’t have to venture back with our young kids on the boat.  She was handling problematic phone calls and long lines outside and questions coming at her from every direction. And she did it with ease and a smiling face.  I normally don’t write reviews but I felt that the entire staff should be commended for their hard work from the launch service to every last detail.  We truly thank you for making space for us and not putting our family in a harmful situation.  We would gladly come back!!

  • A Great Decommissioning Experience

    I wanted to let you know that Derek did a great job. I was very impressed by his friendliness, courtesy and knowledge. I hope he always does my engine work.
    I also want you to know that Deb (parts lady) is a sweetheart. She is very friendly and accommodating and it is a pleasure to deal with her. She always has been able to get what I need, when I need it and at a great price. I honestly don’t even shop at other marine stores, either in person or on line. You have a great parts system!

  • Thank You for Your Attitude that the Customer Comes First…

    Over the past few weeks, I have been working with Chris Gagne on a maintenance question. The manufacturer’s recommendations were not clear, and Chris needed to do some work to find the right answer. He consulted with your recently hired Yamaha expert, and together both of them told me that it would not be necessary to perform the maintenance at this time. I very much appreciated the straight answer.

    I realize the difficult position that a service manager can be in, torn between producing revenue for the employer and their obligation to the customer. Clearly, Chris made the right call in this situation. It is a tribute to Chris, and to you, for fostering the attitude that the customer comes first.

  • We Truly Enjoy It

    Great location. Close to the islands which is some of the best cruising area on the whole east coast.  This is our summer home and we truly enjoy it.  Chart Room is on site and also offers good food and fun. The back basin is quiet and well protected. The showers and head are the cleanest on the whole East coast and are cleaned daily.  Any problems and the marina staff is quick to take care of it. And, last, the owner is always around if an issue should come up.
