  • A Great Overnight Experience

First of all I wanted to tell you that Matt and I had a wonderful stay in slip 529 with you Sat night aboard “Tess”. The moment we radioed ahead and asked for guidance, the call was answered by a very pleasant gal and Ryan as well and he met us and showed us how to find slip! He also helped us get into the single slip as we are mooring folks with limited experience at docking! We were towing our dinghy which I needed guidance to bring up to front!! Learning on job as first mate for sure!! Ryan told us all about the marina, and also about himself as the owners son! We were very impressed at his politeness, knowledge of boating, docking, and amenities offered to us …. On Sunday we cruised around Patuisset, where I summered and came back to fuel dock to get ice, expecting to run up, but dock hand sent someone up to get it for us! That was another above and beyond act of kindness!

  • High Praise for Spring Commissioning Work

We wish to confirm our appreciation for the work that KINGMAN YACHT CENTER performed on our Tiara stored at the Marina this past winter.   The boat was the cleanest I have ever seen her when we arrived at the docks this season.  The detailing was unbelievable, decks sparkled, inside perfect.  We have had this boat for 5 or 6 years now, and stored it elsewhere, but the Spring cleaning during those past years has never come close to what I am experiencing this year.  The decks were and are incredible, and the cockpit, and helm station areas were as well !! Thank you very much.  We plan to have Kingman handle our winter storage needs this coming fall again, for sure!

  • A customer comments on our Awlgrip makeover of his classic sloop ….

Tom and I sailed Gryphon back to Newport on Monday. We had a great sail and the boat looks fantastic! As we left Woods Hole, a friend took the attached photo which really highlights the great job your folks did painting her. Thanks again.

  • Excellent Crew

Excellent crew. Had boat issues and they sent an army to help and solve the problem. If I had to break down anywhere, this was the perfect place.
