I’ve got to say your customer service – from my very first contact until now after our stay has been amazing!! Congratulations and kudos for a job well done. Very simple touches on your part are very impressive.
– The email pre-stay with info about approach, the marina layout and amenities was terrific in reducing stress when coming in.
– The phone call from your staff alerting us that they would only be there until 5 was terrific.
– Austin on the dock was amazing – our vote for employee of the month! He was friendly, courteous, helpful with docking and went the extra mile to track down your gift bag for us (another nice touch by the way).
– You were able to accommodate our request for a facing dock, thank you for that!
Overall we had an amazing stay and look forward to staying with you again!
