Registration
When you arrive, please register at the Main Office, at the Dock House, or with the Launch Driver or Dock Crew if you arrive after office hours. KYC monitors VHF Channels 9 & 71. Office Hours: Friday-Saturday: 8am - 7pm, Sunday: 8am - 6pm, and Monday-Thursday: 8am - 5pm.

Parking
Ample parking is available at the Yacht Center. If you plan to leave your car here while cruising, please use the Long Term Parking area near the Upper Heads (see Yacht Center map). Beginning in August, during hurricane season, be sure to leave a phone number or emergency plan for contacting you with our Main Office.

Fax
As a courtesy to our marina customers, we will receive and transmit faxes from our Main Office. Our Fax number is (508) 563-6493. If you are expecting a fax, please ask the sender to identify your name and boat name. A fee of $1.00 per page will be charged for all faxes sent from the office.

Dock Crew
Monitors VHF Channel 71. Dock personnel are available to assist you 7 days a week in season, 8 am-9 pm.

Launch - Call "Kingman Launch," VHF Channel 71
The Kingman Launch runs daily from 8 am-Dusk through Labor Day. Pick up and drop off is from the Fuel Dock area. Off-season service is available on an abbreviated schedule.

Dockage & Moorings
235 slips and 130 moorings are available for daily or seasonal rental by vessels up to 120'. Dockside depth is 10'; approach depth is 6' at m.l.w. For deeper draft boats, we suggest you coordinate your entry and departure with the tide.

Dockominium Slips
Many boat slips at Kingman Yacht Center are available for dockominium ownership through the KYC 99-year slip leasing program. For details, inquire at the Main Office or call (508) 563-7136, extension 10.

Fuel Dock - Monitors VHF Channel 71
The Fuel Dock is open daily in season from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. Gas, diesel and oil are available. Cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover Credit Cards.

Fresh Water & Electricity
All slips are serviced by fresh water, 110v and, at some slips, 220v electricity. Please advise us of your power requirements when we assign your slip.

Mooring Services
Included with your mooring rental are complimentary Launch Service, and use of our courtesy Loading Dock, Dinghy Dock and Kayak Rack.

Pumpout
Complimentary pumpout service is available from the fuel dock, 7 days a week in season, 8am-7:30pm.
The Town of Bourne also provides pumpout service with its Pumpout Boat.
Call "Bourne Pumpout Boat" on VHF Channel 9. There is presently no fee for this service.

Ice
At the Dock House, blocks or cubes are available.

Laundry
Washers and dryers are located in the Lower Heads building. Open 7 days a week, 24 hours with restroom combination.

Restrooms & Showers
Please refer to the Kingman Yacht Center map to locate our two restroom and shower facilities, the Upper Heads and Lower Heads. The combination is available at the Main Office.
